Getting Started
Q. Are there any legal constraints or considerations which I need to know about planning, promoting and holding my own fundraising event?
A. Read the above section 'Foundation Involvement' and the Event Letter of Understanding (EventLOU) to clarify the Foundation's role in your event. Together, these sections clearly define what you and the Foundation are legally permitted to do. Print and carefully read the EventLOU. After you contact us, sign it and send the signed letter by fax or mail to the Foundation. See 'Contact Us' for our fax number or mailing address.
